Our legacy product line features the same reliable passive-tap telephony interfaces as our HyperXpress PCIe products.
These mature hardware solutions connect via USB, PCI or sFTP and provide stable, long-term recording capabilities for established telephony and Windows Server / PC environments.
HyperUSB models:
• Analog: 4 or 8 channels
• Digital PBX: 4 or 8 channels
• E1-PRI: 30 channels
• T1-PRI: 23 channels
HyperCloud models:
• Analog: 8 or 16 channels
• Digital PBX: 8 or 16 channels
• E1-PRI: 30 channels
• T1-PRI: 23 channels
• SIP: 30 channels (optional G.722/G.729)
Legacy and mature products
Although no longer the primary focus of new product development, these products remain available to customers who depend on their proven performance, consistent audio capture and seamless integration with their existing voice and call recording platforms.
Product lifecycle
The HyperUSB products and the HyperCloud products will remain available and actively supported as USB and sFTP methods of connectivity are widely used and far from obsolete.
There are many situations where these products can be of great use, for example:
• HyperUSB: use with notebook or desktop PC
• HyperCloud: stand-alone with cloud server/storage and no need for an on-site PC
The HyperPCI products however will eventually become obsolete as the old style PCI slots are not available anymore in PC’s and Servers since a long time.
For customers that still have older equipment but need a replacement or an expansion of their system and cannot use our PCI Express cards (HyperXpress), we still hold a limited stock of HyperPCI cards.
